The location is good and the river view is a nice bonus. The property is large but poorly maintained. We checked two rooms, both of which had a strong bad smell. Basic cleaning like dusting wasn’t done, and our request for a fresh room was ignored. The linens were stained and dirty, and everything was damp. I don’t understand why they tried to run an “evening high‑tea” outdoors; there was little food and a lot of “makhiyaan,” which is a serious hygiene issue. The staff were inactive, so we had to handle everything ourselves, including fixing the room phone. We booked for two days but checked out on the second day and had to find another place. We didn’t receive any refund. Cleanliness 0/5, Location 4/5, Complimentary breakfast 2/5, Staff 2.5/5.

“Overall, it was a pleasant stay.”

The location is excellent and the atmosphere is peaceful. The North Indian food was delicious and well prepared. Overall, the stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The staff could be more professional, and the check‑in process took longer than expected.

The breakfast, lunch, and dinner options were varied and flexible. The high‑tea service was exceptional. The staff were supportive and caring, and they invested in the well‑being of guests.
