The spot is a bit far from tourist sites but still great; the metro is less than five minutes away, a supermarket is next door, and there are plenty of bars and restaurants. The bathroom is old, the shower water had weak pressure and took a long time to heat, and the room shares a reception area so privacy is limited. I missed a contact number for emergencies; the one listed was offline.

The flat is 5 minutes from bus and train, but it was very disappointing: mold and heavy grime in the bathroom, loud street and toilet noise, an unstable room door, a broken fridge, damaged fittings, and only one cleaning during the stay—overall not worth the price.

Getting there was a breeze, which was the only bright spot. The bathroom had water on the floor and a strong sewage smell that the owner denied, even threatening police and asking us to leave the room. We refused, wanting just a place to rest after a long trip, and stayed despite the odor. The TV was broken, there was no tea or coffee, and the most annoying thing was the lack of soap. The bathroom door was broken and couldn’t close, letting the smell in. The owner also warned that taking photos or videos would violate privacy law.
