I worried about sargassum on the beaches, but the staff kept them raked and clean, so swimming and lounging were a pleasure. I sprained my ankle, and a bandage was brought to my villa, followed by a check‑in from a lovely lady at the front desk (I can’t recall her name). All the staff were helpful and friendly, making the stay very enjoyable. I can’t think of anything negative!

I liked the villas and the furniture—everything was tasteful and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I would come back again 😃. It was a shame that the sea had sargassum, though they did keep the area very tidy.

The location by the sea was good, the complex was nicely designed, kept clean, and the pool was great. We used it a lot because the sea was full of large sargassum mats that washed up on the beach. The cleaning staff and the men at the entrance were very friendly. At check‑in, the receptionist seemed annoyed and arrogant toward us, maybe because we had backpacks and weren’t the usual type of guests. When I didn’t have my driver’s licence for registration, she rolled her eyes and seemed confused, but then accepted my passport. Even in the restaurant, the service felt a bit like a tedious duty. My child and I stayed in a triple room that was only equipped for two (towels, 2 glasses, 2 cups). There was no cooking facility or kettle in that room.
