Rooms are clean, staff are friendly and helpful, and the facilities are great, but check‑in takes a long time because only one front‑desk staff member is available at peak times and you have to walk a long distance to your room.

Not suitable if you’re not part of a golf group.

“Very nice hotel”

The rooms were comfy with two huge beds, and The Bar and Grill offered nice food and a varied menu. Getting taxis to and from the hotel was a nightmare, probably because it’s a bit out of town.

“Good, ideal for the golfing crowd, and their spa partners, facilities were good, staff excellent.”

I found the breakfast self‑service, but the options for intolerances were quite limited. On the last day of my stay, some soy milk was already off – it had been opened a few days earlier but still showed the date – and when it was replaced it was also going rancid, still showing the date. A system that indicates when an item has been opened might help, though it could also create serious problems.
