The pool and facilities are great.

They made us sleep two days without AC in the heat, then moved us far away to a room with a bathtub that never drained, and the director mocked us all the way through. On top of that, we were charged for motorcycle parking.

We booked two adjacent rooms with sea views and balconies, giving us a gorgeous outlook over the bay, and the rooms were side‑by‑side ❤️🍀. The location is handy, a short walk to the cable car that takes you into town, yet the road we had to use was extremely busy and felt unsafe – fine for a night or a weekend, but not for a week, and some parts of the property could do with an update.
The location was good, but the room was dirty, the breakfast subpar, and the parking was a hassle.
The staff, especially at reception, were very friendly and helpful, and the view from the hotel is beautiful. Unfortunately, the hotel sits very close to the highway, so some noise is unavoidable. Getting luggage in and out is also a bit of an adventure because the hotel is built steeply on a slope right on the road, which is due to the geography, and parking is quite expensive.
