We had a fantastic stay here. From the moment we arrived, we felt more like visiting relatives than guests. Daniela and her husband welcomed us warmly and were always available when we needed anything. The homemade breakfast was delicious and made our mornings extra cozy. They’re also interesting and kind people to chat with, and we truly enjoyed getting to know them. The property was exceptionally clean, which mattered a lot to us traveling with our 1‑year‑old. I felt completely comfortable letting her crawl around without worry, and they even provided a brand‑new crib, a thoughtful touch. 100% recommended. The only downside was the gravel road to the property, which was quite bumpy after the heavy rain, but that was a small inconvenience compared to how lovely and welcoming the whole experience was.

A renovated house in the middle of greenery with tasteful décor and quality furnishings, a very comfortable bed, a lovely bathroom with a large shower, and a nice common room where breakfast is served when it can’t be offered in the garden. The breakfast is truly exceptional in both quality and quantity: the cakes made by the host are superb, the local cured meats and cheeses are great, plus yogurt, fruit, honey, preserves, and much more. The hosts are very kind and hospitable, attending to every detail and caring about every special need. Between sightseeing trips, we relaxed in the garden’s hot tub available to guests. They recommended a great Tuscan restaurant 10 minutes by car from the property, which should be booked because it’s always full. We had everything we needed and felt very comfortable. An excellent base for exploring the Chianti hills and the beautiful medieval villages. We also visited the delightful Arezzo 50 minutes away. Florence is reachable in 40 minutes by car or by train from Incisa. P.S.: the surrounding hills are poorly served by public transport, so having a car is essential for a proper visit.
