The location is fantastic for the price. Host Anna Maria is very helpful and friendly, and she solved all our car and arrival‑time problems.

The manager, Anna Maria Gross, was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering excellent restaurant and food suggestions. The room was quiet, clean, and very comfortable, and the apartment was right near the train station. The air conditioning worked well, and there was a machine for sparkling and still water. I’ll definitely come back.

The location was great. The area is a bit secluded, but it’s still close to the centre and most sites are within walking distance. There’s a tea and coffee corner. When we checked in, a staff member handed us a map and recommended nearby restaurants and coffee shops. It would have been more helpful to have a printed list of names, addresses, and highlights of each recommendation, because it was hard to remember all the places she pointed out on the map. The room was very bare‑bones, just white walls with no decorations. The bed was very firm, and the bathroom was located across the hall, so you had to leave your room to access it, which was rather inconvenient.

We had an incredible stay at this B&B in Florence! Anna is such a warm and welcoming host. She kindly recommended amazing local food spots and beautiful photo‑worthy places for us. It’s easy to tell she is a person full of passion for life and art. The room is tastefully decorated with artistic touches, cozy and comfortable, and the location is fantastic for sightseeing. We loved the thoughtful little detail: a nameplate with our names hanging right outside our room. There is also a coffee machine with a variety of coffee for us to make drinks ourselves. We highly recommend this place and will definitely choose it again when we come back to Florence! No negatives.
