The experience was utterly disappointing. Cleanliness was far below acceptable standards, with clear maintenance problems everywhere. The room we got didn’t match the photos shown, which was very misleading. The most alarming issue was a strong, unpleasant odor in every room that was so overpowering it made us feel dizzy and uncomfortable. Because of these conditions we had to find another place on the same day we booked, which was a huge inconvenience. Even after raising the issue and escalating it, we couldn’t get any satisfactory resolution or agreement, and no refund was issued. For the price we paid, this was completely unacceptable. I strongly urge management to take these problems seriously.

The room was spacious and clean, with three double beds that were very comfortable and still left enough room for prayers. The bathroom was also clean and well‑equipped with basic amenities, ensuring convenience throughout the stay. The hotel sits inside a shopping complex, making it easy to buy snacks nearby. The water dispenser, however, only gives lukewarm water, probably because of high usage by other guests.
