The service was very expensive for what they offered. I felt cheated by the room service; they added the room charge and the tip to the same bill, which is deceptive, so I won’t use them again or recommend them.

The room was spacious and clean with a good bathroom, and the location was right next to the park. The breakfast was mediocre, there was a large mold spot on the ceiling, the staff could have been friendlier, and it should be noted that a deposit is held on the credit card at check‑in.

The room was spacious and supre clean; when I asked to adjust the air‑co, a repairman appeared at my door within minutes and fixed it, which really impressed me. Breakfast cost $25, which felt too expensive, and during our stay an earthquake happened—there was no alarm, notification, or safety instruction from the hotel.
