Nothing. I paid, arrived, and was told the hotel was fully booked; I never got a refund.

The staff were friendly, and the neighborhood turned out better than expected for the location. However, there was no soap, cleaning wasn’t done daily, some guests were noisy, room service was inadequate, we had to ask for a tissue, and the water issue wasn’t fixed until the next day.

Nothing. I’m not happy. The staff were creepy and made me uncomfortable, the kitchen was filthy, there was no hot water, and there was noise everywhere.

The guy who helped us during the day was very nice—give him a raise or promotion. They only prepared our rooms when we arrived; there was no hot water, running water in the corridors, cockroaches in our room, the night staff was rude, the receptionist was rude and didn’t even know we had booked or that visitors were coming, we told them we would arrive between 13:00 and 14:00 but we got there at 16:00 and our rooms were still not ready, and there were no lights in the toilet.
