The location was amazing, close to Disney and Universal, and the pools were clean, but none of the outlets in the room worked and they were all loose, so you really couldn't plug anything in to charge your devices.

The place was friendly and quiet, and there was nothing to complain about.

The location and facilities were very good, the front desk staff were cooperative and well behaved, and breakfasts were excellent, but at breakfast time the kitchen staff kept asking us to show our room key card multiple times, which was very annoying, and sometimes the kitchen staff behaved very rough and rude; in our bedroom there was water leakage from the AC, so the room smelled bad; we requested a room fragrance but they were not able to fix this issue.
