“A budget hotel good for an overnight stay”

The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good; a kettle was provided in the room and there was an electric vehicle charging facility on site, though it was out of order. The location is convenient with a mall directly opposite the hotel, and the check‑in and check‑out process was smooth. However, the room and bathroom were very small, the towels were quite old, and only two small pillows were supplied for a double bed. The restaurant and bar area were also quite small, and the bar closes at 10 PM per hotel policy. Parking is available around the hotel building, but it might be insufficient when fully booked.

The location was fine, but the hotel offered twin beds instead of a double bed.

The hotel sits in a great spot and the staff were friendly, but the late‑checkout policy only lets you stay an extra 4 hours for extra payment and there's no option for 5 or 6 hours.

“No value for money , I will never stay here if other properties are available”

Nothing was great; the room size was too small and the bathroom was terribly tiny. The brand should not have used this property for management as it is ruining the brand image. In general, nothing was great; the staff are good but need more training than they currently have.
