The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and the room is very large. Meals were very tasty. I think we had an expectations issue; I didn’t feel it was a ryokan. It’s more a hotel designed as a ryokan. I expected a much smaller, intimate experience. The meals are great, but the variety is set in advance. If you don’t like the food, you will remain hungry. There are no options to choose from, even in advance.

Such a beautiful ryokan. The food was amazing and the rooms were cute and comfy. The view was incredible and the onsen was very clean and relaxing.
