“Polecam”
The apartment sits in a very convenient spot, close to everything. The city center with its pedestrian zone, historic sites, restaurants, and the train station, the cogwheel railway to Zugspitze, and the bus station are all within a short walk. A little further is the historic Ludwigstrasse, still reachable on foot or by bus. Bus stops to attractions further out are practically in the same area as the apartment. We stayed for a week and the host was almost invisible during key exchange – we hardly saw them. That felt comfortable, giving us privacy and independence. I don’t like excessive control, checks or surveillance, so we left and returned whenever we wanted. This place is for those who want to manage their own schedule. There is a cleaning service, but we opted out. The rooms are fully equipped with all conveniences, including a kitchen, bathroom, and very pleasant underfloor heating. There are two balconies for smokers (and non‑smokers too) :D The balcony views are breathtaking. Morning coffee tastes superb in such natural surroundings. In the evenings, as the sun sets, the mountains put on a continuous natural show. Wi‑Fi is available to everyone, and each room has a TV.
The Wi‑Fi often dropped, and the TVs lacked SMART functions – only standard channels were available.
