“I enjoyed to stay there which I recommend it to others”

It’s a very nice place with friendly staff members and very peaceful, but the carport needs an upgrade and the shower door or a barrier is required because the water isn’t purified—it's sandy and red, causing the floor to be slippery and a hazard that could lead to a slip and fall.

The place was clean, but the room lacked a safe, even though a sign on the door told guests to “keep your valuables safe.” With no safe, it was unclear where to store them. There was also no room phone; guests were told to use WhatsApp, where the responder didn’t even greet me. Basic room features were underwhelming: drawers had no handles or obvious openings, and the shower leaked onto the floor. When we asked for maintenance, staff entered without greeting us, which felt discourteous and unprofessional, suggesting they need better guest‑service training. I also worried about a notice that guests could be charged for stains on towels or sheets, which seems unreasonable given the hotel’s inadequate laundry facilities. The room condition and shower leak made me question how maintenance and safety checks are handled. Overall, the facilities and service fell short of my expectations. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and addresses them. They only provided one small shower gel even though two guests were in the room.
