From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed. The staff were kind, courteous, friendly, and helpful. The room was lovely, though the air‑con didn’t work on our first night, but the staff fixed it quickly. It was a real pleasure to stay here and I will come again. The air didn’t work on our first arrival, but the staff resolved it quickly.
