The location of this hotel is really nice, but that's about where the good news ends.
The view of Taal Lake is simply stunning.
The staff were really friendly and the breakfast was okay, but unfortunately, the room was a bit of a letdown.
The pool is freezing cold, and the breakfast serving is a bit small, especially on weekends when it's supposed to be a buffet.

“Nice cool place”
The room was fine. The swimming pool was not available.

The breakfast on the first day was awesome! I liked the portion of bangus fish and the garlic rice. Overall, it was good. I’m a bit disappointed about the elevator because it isn’t working. The TV in our room was also a problem; we had a hard time connecting and operating it. Lastly, the swimming pool looked poorly maintained.
