I appreciated the early check‑in after a 9‑hour drive and the bed was comfortable, except for black hair on a pillow; the shower and bidet hose leaked, cigarette butts were on the balcony though the room was non‑smoking, I could hear people in the room above at night and in the morning, the entry door wasn’t sealed and I could see the bricks, there were cracks and rust on the balconies, the restaurant was closed and staff couldn’t direct me to food, and breakfast options were limited, odd, and poorly explained.

The internet didn’t work very well and the sheet was dirty with hair and other people’s fur.

The stay was all about relaxation, and it delivered.

The room was modern, and the supermarket was just a short walk away. I liked the view from the balcony and the natural sounds at night instead of traffic. However, the shower was heavily limescale‑covered and barely usable, the bathroom was dirty with lots of limescale stains, and the fridge didn’t cool.
