The door to the room had an open gap all the way around, letting you see straight into the hallway; there was no sound, light, smoke, or fire barrier. The bathroom door jammed and wouldn’t close. The hotel was extremely noisy, especially with no striping around the door.

The place was very quiet and clean, but I paid for breakfast every day with my room rate and on Tuesday the cook didn’t show up, forcing me to buy breakfast elsewhere, which was unacceptable—I didn’t get what I paid for.

The staff were very nice, but I asked for an ADA room upon arrival and was told they’d let me know or adjust the cost, which wasn’t done.

The location was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful; the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. However, the bathroom lacked a ventilation fan, was very hot, had mold on the ceiling and in the shower, and had to be cracked open just to ventilate during showers. The toilet was running, and the AC unit was very loud when it turned on, though it did cool the room.
