The hotel is spectacular, spotless, and in an incredible location – top 100%. The only small critique is about the front‑desk staff: they are absolutely professional, kind, and especially friendly. The managers speak very good Italian, so I expected all employees to speak it too; some older guests might struggle to be understood. That said, they were never rude or unfriendly, and if I had to rate their professionalism it would be 100/100.
