The cleanliness, view, and staff were great, but there were no dining options; I suggest that if the restaurant isn’t opening soon, they could offer nearby café and restaurant recommendations.

The house is pretty, with good décor and a nice view of the countryside, and the staff are friendly and attentive. I think the hotel still has a lot of potential to be developed further. However, the pillows need to be replaced and the bathroom mat is worn out.

The rooms are very spacious. Everything was dusty, it didn't look clean, the breakfast was terrible, it was cold and bad.

The hotel sits in a gated part of town with an attendant checking who enters, so we felt very secure. It’s about an hour’s drive from the Mariposa butterfly sanctuary in Zitacuaro. The reception and other staff were very helpful with travel arrangements, and the complimentary breakfasts were made to order and were excellent.
