The hotel is in a fantastic spot—right by the river with an incredibly beautiful view, which really adds to the relaxing vibe. It’s very clean, well‑maintained, and the staff are friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The room and bathroom come with all the hygiene essentials, a hair dryer, and the water was always warm. It was especially nice that even when the power went out, there was lighting, the internet worked, and it stayed warm—this is very important and appreciated. The furniture is great, the interior is in a national Ukrainian style—cozy and atmospheric. On the first floor there’s a small restaurant and a sauna, which is a big plus. It’s a wonderful place to relax with kids. We’ll definitely come back! ❤️The hotel is awesome!

The location, cleanliness, and the bathroom with a corner tub and all the hygiene items (toothbrushes, shaving razors, and cream were sealed, shampoo, soap, etc.) were great. The balcony is large and the room itself is quite spacious. Overall, everything was very pleasing! However, the blanket was smaller than the bed, so we first tried sleeping like that, but in the middle of the night we had to pull an extra blanket from the closet because it was uncomfortable. The sound insulation in the bathroom was lacking.
