The location is great and the staff were friendly, but I noticed a smell on the pillows and bedsheets for the first time; I asked the hotel management to have housekeeping pay more attention to those items. Thanks 🙏🏻

The place is amazing, the location is exceptional, especially for those who love historic sites and local markets, and special thanks to the reception team like Sakina and the gentleman who handled the checkout with great dignity and respect; the parking staff are fantastic, quick, and organized, the number of elevators is just right so you don’t have to wait, and the lobby or foyer is wonderful with multiple seating areas. However, not everything is suitable; thanks to everyone.

Everything was perfect, and the front‑desk staff were at the pinnacle of politeness and respect, even offering us free lounge access throughout our stay. Nothing to add.

The staff and cleanliness are all good. I booked for myself and my children and we were confused because the room wasn’t clearly defined; it was listed as fitting five or four people, and the mistake seemed to come from the hotel or from booking, I don’t know.
