The staff were very courteous while I was staying, but after I checked out and called to ask about a lost item, the attitude I received was noticeably poorer than during my stay. Throughout the reservation process, regardless of how much I paid online, the front desk kept suggesting I upgrade for extra money – first claiming my original room was too small, then saying the original type didn’t include a parking space, making it feel like I was forced to pay more. The upgraded rooms varied in quality; some were fine, others were truly disappointing. I also advise every guest to double‑check personal belongings before leaving, as I was very let down by how the hotel handled lost items and the follow‑up support. I’ve even seen other guests post about unrecovered lost items, so be sure to verify any valuables before checkout to avoid a situation like mine. This is all based on my own experience and is meant as a heads‑up for future travelers.

The rooms are spacious, but the décor is damaged, the mattress is old, and there’s grime on the sides.

Most of the staff were friendly and kind. The room’s décor and repairs were a mess – it looked like a DIY project gone wrong with no professionalism, and dust was clearly visible in the corners, showing the cleaning was clearly insufficient; I don’t mind simple décor as long as it’s clean, but between the shoddy DIY fixes and the lack of cleanliness, it fell far short of acceptable.

The service was good, the room was spacious, the price was cheap, and you could stay for a full 12 hours even if you arrived late at night. On the downside, the elevator smelled of smoke, the bed, duvet and towels all looked a bit aged, the bathroom had no door—just a curtain—and the pillow was far too soft.
