The environment was clean and tidy and the staff were friendly, but the mattress cover was uneven, making sleep less comfortable.

“Disgusting and disturbing behavior.”

I have nothing positive to say about my experience. I checked into this hotel with my sister, when we arrived the guy who checked us in made us feel extremely uncomfortable. First of all, he was not wearing shoes and walked around bare foot. Then, he proceeded to tell us that if i had just called him he would have given us the room for $90 cheaper. After this, we went up to our room and were going to order food. I called down the front desk requesting the wifi password. After he had told me it was on my receipt he then told me he would just come up to my room and show me. I had already told him I could find it on the receipt at this point. We were located on the second floor in the side hallway so our room was not visible to the road. he hung up the phone immediately and knocked on our door. we hadn’t brought any bags in at this point, met him in the hallway and let him know we were heading out for dinner. After that we got into our car as quickly as possible and turned around to find him starring at our room with his hands on his hips. i immediately called and let them know we were way too uncomfortable to get back to this motel. informed me they reached out to the establishment and requested a refund. however, it has been 4 nights since this occurred and i have not received a refund. i called the establishment directly and the guy i talked to was extremely disrespectful. Overall, i would not recommend this place to anyone. Regardless of our disturbing and uncomfortable encountered with the guy from the front desk, the room was not clean. One bed had a stain across the entire foot of the bed. The door did not have a lock on the handle, only a chain lock up top. Thankfully we did not stay long enough to uncover any other disgusting features of this establishment

Nothing good. The place smelled strongly of cigarettes—too intense.

The room was clean, but the front‑desk gentleman charged $40 for a one‑hour early check‑in and only accepted cash, which felt shady. I work in hotel front desks and never see such a charge or cash‑only policy. We stayed here only because we had to switch hotels; otherwise we’d have gone elsewhere. The beds were old and uncomfortable, the décor was outdated, and the jacuzzi needed fixing.
