The staff are great, the rooms are clean and modern, and the facilities are good. Parking is free and room service is excellent. I appreciated that breakfast wasn’t included, so I could pick what I wanted and only pay for it. The only downside was that breakfast was a bit disorganised; it was full‑table service instead of a buffet.

I’m writing this on behalf of my sister who stayed here. She said the room was lovely and the location was nice. However, when they went down for breakfast, it took ages to be served and they ended up complaining. I’m sure this was just a one‑off, but it wasn’t very good for a first‑time visit.

The food was superb and the service from the great team at this hotel was exceptional; we’ve stayed here many times and the high standards stay consistent on every visit, though the floors in the room could have been cleaner—there were black feet after walking barefoot.
