The pool was amazing, but at night when my wife and I were doing our own business, the front door simply opened and a cleaner walked straight into our room. She seemed to think we had already checked out or she had mixed up our floor numbers, but that didn’t matter to us because the whole situation was just insane. My wife was in such a stunned shock and embarrassment that words can’t describe it; the mood and the entire evening were instantly ruined. We paid for privacy and relaxation, yet we ended up in constant tension, always expecting someone with keys to pop into our bed at any moment. Why does the staff roam the rooms at night, open doors with duplicate keys without knocking or warning, and the management can’t even explain it, saying it was just an accident?

The room was wonderful. My wife and I came for a vacation and everything was great until we entered the pool area. The entrance was charged, even though I had booked and saw it should be free. We started arguing with the guard, proving to him that the pool was included in the price, but he stayed stubborn until the end, and I got so angry that I didn’t feel like swimming. Pay attention to this.
