I liked the location, but the reception staff on the 10th and 12th were dishonest.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, letting me shower after checking out after a long day’s trip and before an overnight bus; the location wasn’t great, but the hotel offered good value, so I managed a few quick trips into Tam Coc.

The hotel's location is its best feature - it's right in the heart of the historic center. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end.
