We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, truly deserving of recognition and recommendation. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with remarkable kindness and attention. The entire team is attentive, always smiling, available, and concerned about guests’ well‑being. You don’t feel like mere customers but truly at home, almost like family. Their motto makes perfect sense! The hotel is magnificent, peaceful, and impeccably clean. The room was superb, the atmosphere relaxing, and the food delicious. Every detail reflects the care put into service quality and comfort. A huge thank you to the whole team for the beautiful surprises arranged for my birthday: a nicely decorated room, a cake, a romantic table by the sea, extra decorations, and the whole team singing “happy birthday.” We were deeply touched by all these attentions, prepared with so much heart and generosity. We’ve traveled a lot, but it’s rare to find an establishment that combines cleanliness, beauty, service quality, and genuine hospitality to this extent. It’s more than a hotel: it’s a place where you feel welcomed, considered, and truly well. We recommend this hotel with closed eyes to anyone wanting an unforgettable experience in Zanzibar. The hotel was excellent. Service was outstanding, the food very tasty, and all staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful at all times. Our room was very nice, modern, and especially clean. The entire property was well maintained and we felt very comfortable from the start. There was essentially nothing that we didn’t like. Our stay was completely pleasant.
