The place was only a location, there was no TV, the pool was closed, the office looked dirty and not like an office at all, the staff were nowhere to be found, and it took forever to check in; I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone – it’s simply not a good place to be.

The room was disgusting: filthy, with blood stains and hair in the sheets, a dirty shower, and toilet paper inside; the pool wasn’t ours. The staff were rude, refused a refund, and the room was filthy.

I didn’t like anything about it – there were cockroaches, the staff were unhelpful, I couldn’t get a refund, and I couldn’t move to another location or room.

The space was good, but the restroom was a little messy and the room smelled; once I turned on the AC and left the door open for a bit, the smell improved.
