The location was exceptional; it felt like looking out from a terrace over the valley, swimming in the pool. Sunny days, cool evenings and nights. The rooms, thanks to old walls, seemed climate‑controlled. The apartment had everything (experience at "la cantina"). You could dine outdoors. The owners were very attentive and available to the guest’s needs. The experience was above expectations.

The quiet surroundings let you unwind amid nature, and a nearby town with essential shops and delicious restaurants is just a short drive away, making it a great base for exploring local villages and vineyards. The owners speak excellent English, so communication is seamless. Every apartment contains everything you need for a restful stay, and the pool right next door works perfectly in this setting. The place feels warm and family‑friendly—ideal for a peaceful recharge.

The host was incredibly kind and helpful whenever needed. I wished the apartment had a private terrace for morning breakfasts or coffee; it would have been nice. Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning in the room, so opening the window was the only relief. We also dealt with barking dogs nearby, but a fan was provided and it helped.

The location is wonderful, very peaceful, and we rested wonderfully. The cottage has all the comforts and is very stylish. The host speaks excellent English, is warm and pleasant. We are very satisfied with this choice and highly recommend it.

The agritourism spot is very charming with a view of the Umbrian hills. The area around the pool is lovely, but it was still closed. The apartments have a small table outside, and if the weather allows you can enjoy an outdoor dinner. Inside there is a kitchen, but overall the apartment only has the essentials, so if you want to cook or even heat something you must bring your own oil. There are no coffees or teas that are often found at similar places, and even a shower was missing, which is normally always present. Parking is convenient. The location, though panoramic, feels very isolated; the last 5 km of road seem endless. Nearby there are no bars or shops within walking distance, so it would have been better to have a shower, coffee or tea and oil inside. The apartment is very damp and cold; despite sleeping under a warm blanket, staying there in the evening was unbearable because of the chill, and all clothes got completely wet.
