I was disappointed from the start because the AC wasn’t working and I had to keep calling room service. I even requested a room change to another floor, but there was no key available and the staff seemed unprofessional. The bed was awful and caused back pain, and the breakfast was poor with no options. All in all, it was a 2 out of 10 experience with zero value for money.
