The place is in a good spot and the staff were friendly, but the rooms left a lot to be desired – the towels were dirty, the bed was misshapen, and the walls needed fixing.

The location is solid and the service is quick and responsive; the complimentary airport pick‑up and drop‑off was the highlight, and there were no complaints.

The location was near the airport, but the two‑room chalet didn’t match the online photos, which showed handcrafted wooden beds, a balcony, and a totally different decor. The room’s location was far for my mother, who struggled with the steps. A strong stench of rubbish behind the room was very unpleasant. A loud kitchen exhaust fan right across from the room kept us up until late. The window latches were broken and couldn’t close fully. The second room’s ceiling fan spun sideways, raising concerns it might fall on us. The worst hotel experience in Pakistan ever; this hotel and its accommodations do not match the other PC hotels I’ve stayed at.
