The owner and his wife are very warm and caring; even a single female guest can feel at ease staying here ❤️ Their attentive management is evident. Although the stay was brief, the owner and wife shared stories and local recommendations while you ate breakfast, which was enjoyable 😎 The accommodation is very clean; even though I stayed in the smallest room, waking up to the magnificent Central Mountain Range was truly relaxing 😌 The guesthouse is filled with the owner's paintings—super impressive 👍 Thanks to the owner and wife for their enthusiastic hospitality 🥰 Please support this great guesthouse if you see this review 💓💓💓

“美好的花蓮行，住宿經驗100分”

Back at Greenway 74. The room was elegant and beautiful, and lying on the bed you could see the mountain view; it remained spotless and tidy, 100 points for cleanliness (no insects at all). There is an elevator, which is awesome! The homemade breakfast was beautifully plated, healthy and delicious! Thanks to the enthusiastic host; the kids also liked you a lot!

I’m staying in a bustling area and the hotel still keeps a parking spot ready for guests; it’s super handy when I’m out for meals or shopping. The host’s artistic talent shines through—her beautiful pieces decorate the place like a master’s gallery. Both owners greet you with genuine warmth and serve a specially crafted, healthy breakfast. The reception on the first floor feels like a cozy corner of a café, perfect for leisurely breakfast, and they thoughtfully leave cookies and instant noodles for late‑night snacking. The room is spotless, and the floor‑to‑ceiling windows give a panoramic view of the majestic mountains while the transparent elevator offers a scenic ride. The bathroom has strong water pressure, the air‑conditioning is chill enough, and the bed’s firmness is just right for a restful night. I wholeheartedly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Hualien.
