The room was nice with a big bed and good air conditioning, but we would have appreciated a kettle or hot‑water access; we rented an electric bike through the hotel, and the bungalow lady quoted a higher price than the guy who arrived with the bike, who offered a cheaper rate—she got upset because she seemed to have tried to overcharge us, but hey, this is Lombok and it happens all over.
