The location is ten minutes from Verona’s center and the area is quiet, but the bed frame was broken and we found a strap in the wardrobe. The bathroom is private but outside the room. The person I contacted to fix the bed didn’t even bother to respond.

The room was nice and the location is good, close to a bus stop to Verona. With a bit of luck you can park on the street right next to the accommodation; we parked a little farther at a free parking spot near the blocks. Nearby was a nice café by the church that I recommend visiting. Contact with the owner was fine, but there was a delay before he sent the code. Before giving it to us, he asked us to transfer money for the city tax, which we think should be done after seeing the room.

Nothing! Everything. The list would be long: phantom check‑in, phone numbers with voicemail, no parking, and a code to enter the shared bathroom! Shame.
