Apart from the mold on the ceiling, the room seemed clean and well appointed, but that’s all there was. We never actually stayed; the room had mold on the ceiling, the halls smelled of drugs, and there was no in‑person host to address these issues. Even though we had already paid, we left and had to drive through the night to get home.

I never finished my stay because they didn’t have an elevator and I’m handicapped, so they didn’t have a room that could accommodate me—very bad experience. They also didn’t have an elevator in the facility, which wasn’t mentioned when I booked.
