The photos on the website didn’t match the actual room; the bedsheet was dirty, there were no lights, the AC didn’t work properly, and overall the service was the worst.

Nothing. Stinky rooms, rooms shown in photos were big but actual rooms were small. No facility of kettle in the room. No soaps / dental kit. Staff was not cooperative

This is a total scam. This hotel is nothing like the pictures, even outside it has a different name.Hotel Town's Paradise. The place is dirty, old, broken. When I was checking out at 6am in the reception a rat ran through my legs. I'm not expecting a 5* hotel for the price, but at least a minimum standard should be enforced. I can't understand how this hotel has the rating it does in , I won't trust ratings again
