We were excited about the vibe of the hotel and its spot, but the toilet right after we arrived was still dirty; the front desk fixed it though. The coffee cups we used weren't cleaned or replaced, and there were dust patches on some furniture. We had booked a room with a patio, yet the patio was tiny, part of the hotel terrace, and offered no privacy. Considering the room cost €244, we expected more.

The location and breakfast were great, but the room felt too warm because the AC stopped working after summer, and the temperatures in Maastricht were hot that week.
