The hotel’s location is good, the morning view of the mountains is pleasant, and the staff are wonderful. Everything is fine.

The accommodation is warm, so you feel fine in winter, but it’s not cozy—everything is old. The views from the window are nice, but that’s not the accommodation’s credit. That’s where the positives end! They require an extra fee from guests before check‑in. Everything is old, dusty, with old equipment. The area is covered in snow and you can’t even walk around.

Many glowing reviews leave me stunned, and customers are led astray by false information; it’s unclear why high ratings are given. If not for the collapsed area on the property, it would be a disaster, not a place to relax, just like everything in Slavsk. They demand extra money at check‑in without prior notice! The rooms are cramped, yet no mention of that. The toilets are old and only on the floor. The carpets in the corridors and rooms are from the last century. There’s no soundproofing, as defined.

The staff are very friendly, always ready to help and answer any questions. The kitchen in the lodge is excellent. Convenient location. The ski lift nearby wasn’t operating, and there wasn’t enough snow. But that’s not the hotel’s fault.
