It’s very quiet, the night guard helped carry my bags upstairs, the fridge and air‑con work well, the room is spacious, breakfast is good and the coffee is excellent; 250 m to 711 and a 10‑minute walk to Sunee markets, but I stayed inside because of rain; the place feels comfortable and has a rustic Mediterranean style, though it needs some maintenance, especially the pool, a fresh coat of paint and tidying up here and there, the bed is a typical hard Thai bed, and the curtains need replacing to block out the sun.

“Would definitely stay there again and probably will in the future. Great location.”

The staff were great—friendly and helpful—yet the bar is almost empty; the welcome drink was a pleasant surprise, but when I tried to order anything else from the menu there was essentially nothing available except some cheap tequila, no vodka, no whiskey, nothing; also the roof leaks above the dining table in front of the morning coffee/juice station, with drips in the middle of the table.

The location is good and otherwise fine, but many things are broken, especially outdoors where maintenance is poor; the room has a lot of hair from other guests, and when something is reported as defective it is noted but not repaired; the breakfast is extremely modest and insufficient.

“Personal toll alles andere enttäuschend !!!!”

The staff were very nice and helpful, but the hotel was a huge disappointment; nothing matched the photos in reality.
