The hotel’s proximity to the airport, its cleanliness, and on‑site restaurant made a pre‑flight night easy; an Uber at 6am cost $20 even though we were under 3 miles from SFO, yet the hotel still gave a free shuttle. The downside was the noise from outside and from guests on the floor above with rolling luggage—earbuds were a must.

On the second floor, the vending and ice machines are right next to the rooms and get very noisy when used; this morning at 6:00 someone dumped roughly 25 servings of ice.

Near the airport, the hotel lived up to the price, but we expected an on‑site restaurant; instead we had to stroll to the Hilton and the staff made us feel like a nuisance, and the Hilton itself was also disappointing.

I disliked my room; the TV barely worked, and the coffee machine in the room was unreliable, so we had to relocate it beside the bed where my head was. The bathroom needs an upgrade and the toilet is too high for someone with a disability. On the bright side, the hotel was clean and the staff friendly.
