“Brilliant location and worth the money”

The room was very clean and a nice size. It was booked to be near the Trafford Centre, and the location was perfect—within walking distance. A guest on our floor smelled like weed all day; the staff tried to mask it with air freshener, but more effort should have gone into locating the source. This didn’t deter me from booking again, as it seemed like an isolated incident.

“Aceptable”

A blonde girl at reception was very friendly. In the hall, entrance, reception, and breakfast area, the floor was sticky. The triple room was small, the beds were not cleaned by the housekeeping staff, which is normal in Spain, but I’m not sure if that’s normal in England.

“Convenient hotel”

I’d stayed there before, and the staff was friendly and accommodating, with plenty of quiet workspaces and comfortable rooms. On Saturday night, a staff member named Ellis or Elliot abruptly stopped our activity—there was no prior warning, and he was aggressive and obnoxious. The only thing that kept the session going was the older receptionist on duty, who immediately offered us a room to use, allowing us to stay without disturbing other guests. Breakfast had less variety than before, and I don’t remember ever paying for parking as a paying guest.
