“Comfortable and nice staff”
The room was comfortable and good value, yet the bedside lamp didn’t work and the receptionist couldn’t replace it or fix it. A fresh set of curtains would make a noticeable difference.

The staff were very friendly and helpful when we needed a break from our neighbors, but the lift was out of order.

The room was very spacious with plenty of towels, pillows, toiletries, tea and coffee, and the high‑powered shower delivered plenty of hot water. Receptionists were friendly, the location was nice and close to the sea for a morning walk, and there were several nearby dining spots. I highly recommend “no fret” for morning coffee and breakfast. The mattresses had seen better days, especially the double which felt like a rock; a decent topper could help. A fan ran all night and kept us awake.

The staff were friendly enough, that's the only thing I can say about this hotel unfortunately. The room was spacious but disgusting! Threadbare carpets that didn't even join the skirtings. Stains everywhere including the ceiling. Furniture was horrendous one chair totally stripped of leather. Beds were stained and collapsed when you lay on them. Avoid at all costs!
