Everything was great: the rooms, the cleaning staff, and the restaurant were all lovely. However, one of the receptionists—name unknown—was very rude, didn’t smile, and when I asked for water she complained to the housekeeper instead of helping me, and her reaction to me was unfriendly, unlike another staff member who was smiling and friendly. I stayed for 3 nights in two rooms.

The pool was really nice and the view from the room was fantastic, but the breakfast was a bit dull.

The staff were very bad, unfriendly, and lazy. The room’s light switches were not working. The bathroom was dirty, the bathtub with shower was rusted and filthy, a real mess. The balcony was dangerous with a railing and boards that were completely loose.
