The place was clean, close to everything, and the staff were friendly, but the noise was a problem and the capsules were not insulated at all – you could hear everything 😆, making it impossible to sleep without waking up.

The atmosphere was calm and the location unbeatable. Cleanliness was excellent, especially the bathrooms which stayed spotless at all times. The only issue was the noise from the individual capsule fans.

Clean, friendly staff, and a great location. The other guests in the same cabin area talk loudly and don’t realize people are resting.

The location was good and the facilities were clean. However, towels aren’t provided – you must bring your own or pay for them. The capsule door mechanism and stair‑elevator noise is loud and wakes you up; I woke four times from the capsule door moving, and at 6 am the corridor was full of chatter that could be heard everywhere. Before check‑in you have to pay to leave luggage. I wouldn’t stay again for the price I paid.
