The hotel’s location is spectacular, right in the middle, and even at noon you can still walk to the room for a quick break; the lighting is excellent and the room is bright. However, you can’t adjust the heating in the facilities, the temperature doesn’t rise steadily, the pillows are terrible—almost like you’re buried in them, and there’s basically nothing else.

Très bonne expérience, hôtel, agréable, en plein centre ville, derrière l’intercontinental donc proche du Danube. Accueil personnalisé et attentif! Aucun souci 🙏. Petit bémol pour la literie pas assez ferme à notre goût!

The room was right at the heart of the central mall area, still quiet, and it was easy to get wherever we wanted to go. The restaurant below served excellent food, and overall it was great.

The location, room, and staff were all excellent, but be sure to read the policy: this place checks out at 10:00, which isn’t standard—most hotels check out at 12:00 noon. Also, there’s no elevator from ground to the first floor, so if you have heavy luggage there’s no one to help.
