There was nothing positive to mention; it seemed like an Alcántara family property, very old and unattractive.

The shower column and staff were pleasant, yet the dehumidifier was dirty—so we had to clean the filter to stop the bad odor. The hotel itself was clean, but the bedding looked worn.
