The breakfast was good and the hotel’s central location was a plus, but the music, bingo games, and other noise ran until midnight; a €3 fee is required for a towel to use the spa, which only has a Finnish sauna and a whirlpool—nothing else; the receptionist was absent for 10 minutes (apparently eating) and in a hotel with so many guests, at least one person should be at the front desk by 8 pm.
