Bagaimana tamu menilai properti ini, aspek demi aspek.
Spacious, cozy, and super modern. Two people have plenty of room. Everything you could need is there – washer, microwave, iron, drying rack, hair dryer, safe, AC that actually cools. The host is caring, friendly, and always ready to help.

Loved everything. Quiet, clean. The host let us stay the whole day before heading to the airport, which was a lifesaver.

Very cozy rooms, plenty of space, and the layout is thought‑through. Soundproofing is great – feels like a hotel. Spotless, all the essentials work. You get that “living alone” vibe, which is nice. The area is peaceful, a good view of Mount Ararat, and a market and supermarket are close by. The host is kind and polite. Thanks a ton for the hospitality – we’ll definitely come back.

The apartment is huge and amazing – we’re still buzzing. It’s a great spot, quieter than the center, and you can walk to shops and pharmacies. All the basics are there and more, everything’s brand‑new and well kept. The hosts are super responsive and always on call.

Clean and the landlord was great – everything was spotless and Geovrg was very helpful and quick to respond. The only downside is the location is far from the center, so you’ll need a taxi.
